Since its inception in 2008, husband-and-wife co-founders Josée Vigneault and Jean-René Lemire have sought to remedy this situation by creating Theobroma Chocolat, a chocolate company located in Quebec City, Canada whose philosophy is simple: make good chocolate, ethically, using organic, fairly produced and purchased ingredients.
