Return Policy
Our guarantee at Body Energy Club is to ensure that you are pleased and satisfied with your shopping experience. We will gladly accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase in store or delivery if ordered online.
In Store Purchases
For unopened products, we will be happy to issue you a store credit, exchange or refund your payment (to the original payment tender.) For opened or used products, we will be happy to issue you a store credit provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.
Store credits issued for purchases made in store will be valid for one year from the date of issuance. No refunds or exchanges will be given without proof of purchase and valid photo ID.
Online Purchases
For unopened products, we will be happy to issue you a store credit, exchange or refund your payment (to the original payment tender.) For opened or used products, we will be happy to issue you a store credit, exchange or refund your payment (to the original payment tender) after the product has been verified, provided that no more than 50% of the product has been used.
- All returns are to be done via contacting the online team and sent back via a return label we send you through Canada Post.
- All refunds will be processed using the original card you paid with and takes 2-3 business days to be reflected on your statement.
For returns of products purchased online please email online@bodyenergyclub.com to set up a return, refund or exchange. Please note purchases made online cannot be returned without contacting online@bodyenergyclub.com & any purchase made in store, cannot be returned to the online store.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please contact online@bodyenergyclub.com within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.
