Recommended dose (adults): To help relieve the symptoms associated with upper
respiratory tract infections, take two (2) capsules twice a day. For general immune support and maintenance of good health, take one (1) to two (2) capsules per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications/supplements.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, protease inhibitors, have diabetes or have stomach ulcers or inflammation. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, you have a kidney disorder or blood pressure problems. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Oregano: Do not use if you have hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Laminaceae family. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset. Garlic: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Consumption of Goldenseal with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
