Platinum Naturals Activ-X Men's Multivitamin
Activ-X for men combines essential vitamins and minerals with omega oils and botanical ingredients in a softgel formula for active men. Choose a 60- or 120-softgel bottle.

Recommended dose for adults
Take two (2) softgels daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Alternatively, take two (2) softgels 30–60 minutes before competition or a workout.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Avoid taking before bedtime.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have diabetes, if you are taking antidepressant or antiplatelet medication, blood thinners, digoxin, birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy (HRT). If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
