The effects of the product are great - an explosive workout for sure. I recommend cycling this product (if it works within your regimen) so that you can regain the ability to have explosive workouts after building a tolerance to the caffeine.

Mixes really well and tastes awesome (grape flavour).

This was my first time taking BCAA's and now it has me looking forward to my workouts. I pushed out 10 box jumps burpees without tiring. I was able to alternate between the squat rack and box jumps and still have enough stamina to carry my workout through to the end. I had the coffee vanilla flavour which tasted pretty good for a supplement. I will definitely buy it again when I run out.

Also had little to no muscle soreness after and could do another intense leg day 48 hours later without problems. It's a good buy!
