Recommended dose (adults): Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with or immediately before a meal/food.

Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, abdominal pain/epigastric pain and/or heartburn has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). If you have an allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato), consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
Do not use if inner seal is broken. Do not eat freshness packet. Store in a cool, dry place.
