Awesome in smoothies!

I’ve tried in my morning coffee which doesn’t fully dissolve but it’s best in smoothies! I blend it all in with spirulina, frozen blueberries and a frozen banana and it’s delish! It has a nutty flavour but can’t taste anything in a smoothie. Good for those who don’t want any extra flavour!

My favourite brand of yellow maca

I notice my energy is better when I’m taking maca. I’ve tried the red and black as well, and I personally prefer the yellow. I find it mixes well with spirulina for a healthy energy drink.
