It provides 10g of non-GMO collagen per scoop as well as being gluten free and containing added Vitamin C. Your body can't use a collagen supplement without Vitamin C*, so 100% of RDA is added into Progressive Complete Collagen Powder. Tryptophan is added to complete the amino acid profile.
