Recommended dose (adults): Mix one (1) scoop in 250ml water, one (1) to two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take with food to avoid digestive upset. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Avoid taking before bedtime.
