How to use

Children to adolescents 1-18 years: 1 teaspoon daily. Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily.

Cautions

Shake well before use. To minimize/eliminate aftertaste, take before a full meal. Do not drink directly from the bottle.

This is by far the best tasting Omega 3 Ive used. I suggest making sure you take it with food to avoid heartburn though. Best value.
