Ashwagandha (Withania somnifer)........................650mg
(10:1 root extra. *equivalanet to 6,500mg of dried root)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (vegetable capsule).
Recommended Use (Adults): Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).
Recommended Dose: Take one (1) capsule daily, Store in a cool dry place.
