Adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older: Take 2 softgels daily.

Lemon:

Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 4 softgels daily.

It's my first time trying this product and really like it. It's not fishy smelling or tasting. Note that you will need to take 2 daily - would be great if they make a concentrated version where only 1 per day is required.
