Loyalty PointsFor every $500 you spend with us, we will give you $25 a 5% rebate coupon for your online orders. You earn 1 point for every $1 dollar that you spend. When you reach 500 points you can redeem them for $25 off.
The online store runs Monday-Thursday 8AM-4PM & Fridays 8AM-2PM. The online store does not ship on holidays or weekends as Canada Post doesn’t pick up on weekends or holidays. If we have everything in stock, orders will usually go out same day or next day. If we do not have stock, a next day transfer is made to ship the following day.
If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out. We will offer to hold your order & ship everything once the missing product(s) are back in stock. Alternatively we can issue a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
Everything is shipped expedited, so orders arrive in a timely matter and a tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is packed. Which is trackable late afternoon/early evening on the same day the order is packed, once Canada Post scans the order in.
Orders shipped within Canada with a subtotal of $39 or more before tax qualify for free shipping.
Orders shipped to the US with a subtotal of $200 or more before tax qualify for free shipping.
Anytime your subtotal drops below $39 in Canada or $200 in the US, when using coupons, points or price matching, you will be charged a flat shipping rate charge of $6.99 in Canada or $39.99 in the US
