Providing 200 mg of Elemental Magnesium
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Purified water, glycerin, concentrated apple juice, xylitol, DL-malic acid, natural lemonade flavour, natural raspberry flavour, potassium sorbate.
Suggested Use
Adolescents (9 – 18 years)
Take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. May be taken with water or juice.
Adults
Take one tablespoon (15 ml) 1-2 times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. May be taken with water or juice.
Caution
Doses greater than or equal to 351 milligrams per day: Some people may experience diarrhoea.
