Ingredients 

Medicinal Ingredients:
Dried Certified Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum, seed), dried Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (vegicap), Maltodextrin

Suggested Use 

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach.
