Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Glucomannan 575 mg
(from Konjac Root) (Amorphophallus konjac, K. Koch)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), Silica, Cellulose.
Suggested Use
Adult Dosage: Take 3 capsules, 2-3 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30-45 minutes before meals. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or blockage of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Do not take immediately before going to bed.
Caution
For use beyond 4 weeks consult a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
