Each tablet contains:
Folic Acid 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 25 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Suggested Use
Adolecscents 14 years and Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with meals.
