Each capsule contains:
Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 250 mg
Inositol (Zea mays-Corn) 250 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Suggested Use
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals.
