NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid is an antioxidant that helps maintain healthy glucose levels. it has been shown to increase the free radical fighting abilities of other vitamins and antioxidants, especially C and E. Without Alpha Lipoic Acid, these antioxidants would not function as well. It is also an excellent metal detoxifier, particularly for mercury and cadmium*. We are exposed to these toxic metals daily through car exhaust and cigarette smoke*. Alpha Lipoic Acid binds them and neutralizes them for excretion*.

Alpha Lipoic Acid 250 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (vegetable polysaccharide pullulan, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Suggested Use
Adult Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take one NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid 250mg daily, preferably with meals.
