Jamieson Magnesium 250 mg provides a natural complex of three magnesium sources. It is easily absorbable and provides extra strength, helping in bone development and maintenance as well as muscle function*.
Contains no sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives
Ingredients
Elemental Magnesium (oxide, gluconate, lactate) 250 mg
Also contains
Cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide, silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 caplet twice daily.
Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Warning
Some people may experience diarrhea.
