Each Capsules Contains:

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), fruit extract (50:1 extract, equivalent to 7.5g of dried fruit).......... 150mg

Zinc (from Zinc Citrate).......... 15mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Brown Rice Flour, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Hypromellose (vegetable capsule).

Suggested Use 

• Adults take 1 - 2 capsule, 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
