Purica Ashwagandha Sensoril provides 125mg of Ashwagandha per serving. Widely used in Ayurvedic medicine, several studies have shown this herb to have calming properties, and to significantly reduce levels of the stress hormone, cortisol*.
Studies conducted in Japan have shown that Ashwagandha has a regenerating effect on the brain's neurons (nerve cells)*.

Ingredients
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily.
