Organic and Wildcrafted Medicinal Ingredients: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica) Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol, Fulvic acid.

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to promote relaxation and encourage deep, restful sleep. Aids with difficulty falling or staying asleep when accompanied by mental restlessness and nervous tension.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1/2 - 1 tsp, up to 2 times, 15-30 minutes before bed, in a small amount of water, juice or tea. Take an additional 1/2 tsp on waking during the night.

Warnings & Precautions: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding or in known liver disease (hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver disease). Avoid in known allergy to chamomile, ragweed, daisy and chrysanthemum. Do not take with other medications or substances that have sedative properties including alcohol, alpha & beta blockers, barbiturates and tricyclic antidepressants. Do not use prior to operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment or activities requiring mental alertness. Valerian has been associated with increased alertness. Discontinue if you experience headaches or excitability. Consult with a licensed health care professional if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contains a blend of herbs traditionally used in herbal medicine to promote relaxation and encourage deep, restful sleep. Particularly beneficial for difficulty falling or staying asleep when accompanied by mental restlessness, nervous tension and anxiety. These herbs also have been beneficial in treating digestive and menstrual pain and cramping.

Valerian has sedative properties that act as a gentle, safe sleep aid to help with falling and staying asleep. Leaves you feeling refreshed rather than sluggish. It is helpful for reducing the symptoms of anxiety and nervous overstrain. Valerian also has antispasmodic properties to help reduce headaches, migraines and cramps.

Passionflower has been used to treat difficulty falling asleep and wakefulness associated with exhaustion, illness, mental worry or overwork. Due to its antispasmodic effects, it can also be used to ease pain associated with headaches, menstrual cramps and coughs.

Chamomile helps to relieve restlessness and nervous irritability in adults and children. It has a relaxing effect on the digestive system and can be used for digestive cramps and irritable bowel conditions. It can be helpful for pain associated with joint inflammation and neuralgia. Do not use in known allergy to chamomile, ragweed, chrysanthemum or daisies.

Hops has a long history of use for sleep disorders, insomnia, anxiety and restlessness. It has mild sedative and hypnotic effects helpful for alleviating nervous tension and mood disturbances. Do not use if you experience depression or are being treated for an estrogen sensitive cancer.

Skullcap relaxes while reviving the nervous system. It acts as a sedative to help relieve nervous tension associated with physical and mental fatigue and can be used to help ease the symptoms of drug and alcohol withdrawal. It has antispasmodic properties that help to relieve pain and cramping with menstruation.

California Poppy has analgesic and calming effects on pain conditions, disturbed sleep, anxiety and stress. It is proposed to have an effect on GABA and benzodiazepine receptors. Do not use with other anti-anxiety or analgesic medications including benzodiazepines, sedatives, tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotic medications.
